Robyn Ross

Robyn Ross is from Austin, Texas. She worked as genetic laboratory technician on the Human Genome Project after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

While studying at Pepperdine University School of Law, Robyn actively participated in the Legal Aid Clinic at the Los Angeles Union Rescue Mission. Located on skid row, URM is the largest private homeless shelter in the U.S.

In 2008 Robyn created Capturing Recovery for the Bexar County Drug Court system, which is an opportunity for Drug Court participants to learn photography and take images of their life in recovery. Robyn taught the probationers basic photography concepts over the six-week course and local art galleries donated their spaces for a one-night showings.
